Timothy Looney
President & CEO

Tim has over 30 years of experience with technology projects including scope definition, design, development, schedule management, risk management, requirements gathering, and resource planning. Over his career, he has fulfilled a wide range of duties within engineering, product development, international operations, and quality management systems. Before founding Northeast Biomedical, Tim held several leadership roles at Creganna-Tactx Medical, CorNova, and Atrox Technologies.
In addition to his role at Northeast Biomedical, he is a Senior Adjunct Faculty Member at the University of Massachusetts - Lowell, where he teaches courses in Medical Device Design, Computer-Aided Design and New Product Development.
