Rajesh Kanungo

Rajesh has grown TalaSecure from concept to profit with a marketable product. He has supported TalaSecure healthcare clients in their contract wins with the NBA, BlackRock, the US Department of Defense, and a broad range of large companies globally.

Some of TalaSecure's clients are ZAP Surgical -- a LINPAC radiation brain tumor treatment company; Inflammasense --, which detects sepsis 7-10 hours ahead of any lab tests; severable wearable medical device manufacturers; and others.

Prior to his tenure at TalaSecure, Rajesh held a pivotal role at Itron <ITRI> , where he was entrusted with overseeing cybersecurity. His responsibilities spanned across all products and services, including utility smart grid offerings that generated a staggering $20 billion in revenues. His architectural prowess and leadership were key in mitigating cybersecurity risks and ensuring safety.

His Silicon Valley experience includes large companies and startups, where he pioneered security strategies that protect employee and product cybersecurity.

Rajesh holds a BTech from the Indian Institute of Technology and an MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from West Virginia University.
